അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചറൽ അസ്സിസ്റ്റന്റുമാർക്ക് 25 വർഷത്തോളമായി ലഭിച്ചു വന്നിരുന്ന റേഷ്യോ പ്രൊമോഷൻ കുറ്റമറ്റ സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കി 2003 ന് ശേഷം ക്യത്യമായി നൽകിയിരുന്നില്ല. ഇതിനെതിരേ ബഹു: ഹൈക്കൊടതി മുൻപാകേ WPC.24919/2009 പ്രകാരം ഹർജി സമർപ്പിക്കുകയും കേസ് നീണ്ടുപോയപ്പോൾ ബഹു: മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി മുൻപാകേ പരാതി സമർപ്പിച്ചതിനെ തുടർന്ന് കത്ത് നമ്പർ 7986/സി.എം.പി.ജി.ആർ.സി/2010/ ജി.എ.ഡി തീയതി 14/6/2010 പ്രകാരം മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി റിപ്പോർട്ട് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുകയും, മറുപടിയായി ക്യഷി വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടർ കത്ത് നമ്പർ SE(2)26436/2010 dtd 07/07/2010 പ്രകാരം ഒരു മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചറൽ അസ്സിസ്റ്റന്റുമാർക്ക് അർഹതപ്പെട്ട 5:3:2 റേഷ്യോ പ്രകാരമുള്ള എല്ലാ പ്രൊമോഷനുകളും നൽകുന്നതാണ് എന്നുള്ള മറുപടി നൽകിയിട്ടും, അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചറൽ അസ്സിസ്റ്റന്റുമാരുടെ കുറ്റമറ്റ സീനിയോരിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് പോലും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല. റേഷ്യോ പ്രൊമോഷൻ അർഹതപ്പെട്ട അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചറൽ അസ്സിസ്സ്റ്ന്റുമാർക്ക്, അതു ലഭിക്കാത്തതു മൂലം ഓരോ മാസവും ആയിരങ്ങളുടെ സാമ്പത്തിക നഷ്ടമുണ്ട്.ഇത്രയെല്ലാം സമാനതയില്ലാത്ത വിവേചനം ക്യഷി വകുപ്പിലോ, മറ്റു വകുപ്പുകളിലേയോ ഒരു കാറ്റഗറിയിലുമുള്ള ജീവനക്കാരനും അനുഭവിക്കുന്നില്ല. എന്നിട്ടും കാത്തിരുന്ന് മനസ്സ് മടുത്ത ഒരു വലിയ വിഭാഗം ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന സംഘടന എന്നുള്ള നിലയിൽ അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചറൽ അസ്സിസ്റ്റന്റ്സ് അസ്സോസ്സിയേഷൻ, കേരള, നടത്തിയ സമാനതയില്ലാത്ത സമര,നിയമ പോരാട്ടങ്ങളുടെ ഫലമായും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സെക്ഷനിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ സഹകരണവും സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ്,റേഷ്യോ പ്രൊമോഷൻ എന്നീ കര്യങ്ങൾ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നതിന് സഹായമായിട്ടൂണ്ട്.

Dharna inaugurated by Sri.Therambil Ramakrishnan MLA
The Govt: has issued an order on 12.6.12 to irregularly appoint undeserved categories to 13% Agricultural Officers’ posts earmarked for Agricultural Assistants having 10 years service and a pass in suitability test. The Govt has been examining the matter to appoint undeserved categories for the last one year. In response to the complaints submitted by Agricultural Assistants’ Association,Kerala, against the Govt: move, the Hon:Chief minister arranged a discussion with service organizations and decided to appoint Employment hands instead of other categories which are not deserved to be appointed under 13% categories.
Throwing to wind the minutes of the discussion, arranged by the Chief minister, the order issued by the Administration Dept is mysterious and in a clandestine manner. Agricultural Assistants’ rights are being curtailed in the speed of light, while file movements are in tortoise speed for the long time demands which were recommended by 9th Pay revision Commission ie. Asst. Agricultural Officer re-designation, 2:2:1 ratio promotion, and 1000 vacancy filling,5:3:2 ratio promotion not sanctioned even after 9 years . This is not fair for a satisfied job atmosphere in the Agriculture sector…
The infinite Relay Sathyagraha from 12-01-2012
The infinite Relay Sathyagraha from 12-01-2012 onwards with work to rule agitation announced by Agricultural Assistants’ Association, Kerala ended on the 52nd (5/3/2012) day of the Sthyagraha. The Protest was against the irregular move to appoint to the post of Agricultural Officers, earmarked under 13% category which is earmarked for Agricultural Assistants having 10 Years service.And the protest demands to sanction 2:2:1 ratio promotion and re-designation of Sr.Grade Agricultural Assistant as Assistant Agricultural Officer,Issue the 7 Year delayed Ratio Promotion correctly and perfectly, at the earliest,Fill the vacant 1000 posts of Agricultural Assistants out of 1540 Sanctioned post of Agricultural Assistant Grade II ,Sanction 20 posts in the KBs created in 2000 etc.. In the discussion with Hon.Chief Minister in presence of Hon.Agrl.Minister,Some of our demands were met and others were assured to be settled at the earliest. In this circumstance, the protest announced by AAAK temporarily ends on 5.3.2012. Sincere Thanks to all AAs those who participated and made this endeavor a grand Success.

Subaida Isahaque, President District Panchayath, Palakkad in 2008. Then Deputy Speaker Sri. Jose Baby MLA, K.Divakaran and K.Achuthan MLA were also present in that occasion.
